Professor McCoy wrote the recently published book:  A Question of Torture:  CIA Interrogation from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism.   

Come hear him speak at this free public forum. 

Professor McCoy is a retired UW Madison historian who has studied U.S. government covert operations.  He has investigated many aspects of human rights issues in the Middle East and the Philippines.
