Come Celebrate 25 years of Feminism and Song!!!

Saturday, June 14 at 7pm in the historic Old Music Hall on the UW Campus.

The Womonsong 25th Anniversary Concert promises to provide energy, entertainment, and enthusiasm as the choir raises their voices to fill historic Old Music Hall with their glorious sound. Since its beginning in 1978, Womonsong's unique repertoire has included political songs addressing issues of sexism, racism, able-ism and homophobia. The choir also sings in different languages as well as humorous, playful and romantic songs.

To commemorate this remarkable occasion, Womonsong is pleased to share the stage with the talented:

Ruth Barrett
Lynette with Jane Reynolds
Nancy Vedder-Shults

Such a diversity of musical styles guarantees enjoyment for women, men, and children of all ages.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, May 17, 2003, and are available at A Room of One's Own, Green Earth, and at the door. Tickets are available on a sliding scale: $8 - $10- $12; more if you can, less if you can't.
