Second Annual Art Sale and Silent Auction Fundraiser

The Wisconsin Partners for SustainAbility (WPSA) is hosting their 2nd 
annual Art Sale and Silent Auction event on Saturday, April 3rd, 9 am – 
3 pm at the Lower Meeting House of the First Unitarian Society, 900 
University Bay Drive in Madison.

The Silent Auction features many earth-friendly business products and 
services, including cork flooring, a spa package, fair trade coffee, 
trial memberships to Community Car, a night at the Arbor House 
Environmental Inn, 2 hours of architectural design services, and 
certificates to Nature's Bakery.  Sixteen artists are offering items 
ranging from jewelry, paintings, mosaic tiles, origami, talking sticks, 
photography, and more. Door prize drawings will be held throughout the 
day.

Community Car will have a carshare vehicle at the site for viewing, 
along with program information.

The public is welcome and admission is free.  Proceeds go to support 
capacity building for sustainable community development around the 
state.

The WPSA is a statewide group launching a "Strengthening and Greening 
Local Economies" project. A searchable database of green business 
products and services is being developed as part of this project and 
will be available soon.
